The roundtable discussions were designed with the following objectives as a guide: To introduce employees to each other so they start to build up a network of acquaintances across Scotland. To understand in depth, the experience of those recruited through the project. To understand the experiences of the use of buddies and how this could be improved whilst gathering evidence of best practice. To take learnings on what went well, and what could be improved.
