FlowMAP – The aim of the FlowMAP project is to create an interactive data dashboard that will allow us to model the inpatient and outpatient flow through General Paediatrics at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow. At each stage we will use the data to measure our activity, provide actionable insights and predict our future. By February 2024 we aim to have a working prototype and by February 2025 we hope to have a live link between the dashboard and our digital patient management system.
