All members of the First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) team can report being 70% more confident that their new appraisal process is better matched to their job roles.
It will enable them to map robust evidence of their clinical capability using this appraisal tool by August 2024.
A secondary aim will be to consider developing a digital tool, with robust software and application development, to use across Northern Ireland for all Advanced Practitioners regardless of professional designation.
