To achieve our goal of establishing the current status of where the department were digitally, what systems/platforms were being used and to what degree. We want to establish a starting point in streamlining training if necessary and ensuring that the most up to date applications/software were being used. Reduce duplication, and ensure that legislation was being adhered to with reference to keeping of sensitive information. Finally having the information to allow to share best practice, smarter ways of working and a more streamlined digital department.
