Learning aims:
The NES Equality and Human Rights Team are offering anti-racism training for all NES line managers. This is to support NES's anti-racism approach. The learning aims of the sessions are: -To develop more knowledge, awareness and understanding of the key concepts relating to race, racism, and institutional racism in the workplace and in society. -To enable staff to understand their equality roles and responsibilities and build confidence in implementing an antiracism approach in NES with each other and in the delivery of their work.

Learning outcomes:
Upon completion of this two-part workshop, you will be able to: -Understand key concepts relating to race, racism, and institutional racism in the workplace and in society. -Understand your equality roles and responsibilities in implementing an antiracism approach in NES and in the delivery of your work. For any queries or to discuss accessibility/reasonable adjustments, please contact the team.
