ACCESS THE KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THIS CAPABILITY

Evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement (QI) are fundamental to delivering excellence in care. The EiC framework contributes to a national QMS approach which ensures all NHS health boards have consistent, robust processes and systems for measuring, assuring and reporting on the quality of care and practice. NMAHP Leaders are central to this approach meaning an applied knowledge and skills in research and QI methodology are expected.
