The purpose of this document is to provide Trainers with guidance on the types of incidents which will attract a mandatory needs improvement score when carrying out a LEP. This will also provide guidance on encounters which will be deemed unsuitable for a LEP. This is a document which all Trainers should follow to ensure consistency across training practices.
