Between May 2022 and May 2023, we will design and implement an improved process for gathering service user feedback through revised questionnaires that can be used by all social work teams within Edinburgh Justice Services and with all people who engage with our services. We will have produced a report around the initial findings and shared this with staff across the service. We will increase the response rate for questionnaires by at least 50% in the first 6-months of the revised process.
