Increase the registration and completion of Tayside NMAPH NPQs undertaking the Flying Start programme by 40% for the 2023-2024 cohort. The NPQs will be provided with various digital resources and virtual support to enable engagement and completion of the programme, increasing accessibility, equity and choice of support options.
