Take-home arthroscopy practice kits will enable trainees to increase their arthroscopy skills and achieve their curriculum requirements. These low fidelity, portable arthroscopy models will be included into a mastery learning simulation course that has been developed. These relatively low-cost simulators allow basic arthroscopic techniques to be mastered at the learners’ convenience and then subsequently assessed during a planned basic arthroscopy course.
