The Adverse Events programme of work in Healthcare Improvement Scotland required a replacement Community of Practice (CoP) due to the retirement of the knowledge network which previously hosted the site. Consultation with members of the adverse events network resulted in the creation and development of a new CoP site on MS Teams (SharePoint) where members can access an adverse events toolkit, training events, share learning summaries following reviews and access a discussion forum for peer support. The site is currently accessible for people with and nhs.scot e-mail address and plans are to roll out to partner organisations who carry out reviews.
