The aim of this project was to update and improve a carers nutrition resource pack to make nutritional information accessible, downloadable, digital and up to date. The nutrition resource positively contributes to the education of adults with a learning disability and their carers around healthy eating and physical activity. The web content offers downloadable resources, signposting, videos, tutorials and links with an accessibility toolbar built in. By December 2022 this web based resource pack will be available to all service users and carers to support good nutritional care. This can be accessed from the NHS Fife website.
