My project aimed to review and develop a new approach to the effectiveness of statutory and mandatory training compliance in improving patient care and staff safety in NHS Grampian.
This work aligned well with NHS Grampian Service transformation though Digital where the strategy aims to support staff having increased confidence with digital technology, effective change management and improved efficiency of knowing practices.
The complexity and challenge of this project was clear from the outset and is by no means complete.
