As a service we have identified that at the point of entry to CAMHS, we need to improve how we are communicating and sharing mental health information with children, young people, their families and other professionals. We set up a website working group working alongside 5 young people, 4 parent/carers and health professionals. The working group's shared goal was to research, design, develop and launch a CAMHS website that would add value to young people, parents/carers and professionals within Dumfries & Galloway. A project driver diagram and activity tracker was developed. We wanted to ensure we were hearing other people’s creative ideas for this new website; an engagement survey was produced using Microsoft Forms. This survey was promoted on our social media platforms, in buildings, within communities using QR codes. The findings from this survey were collated and shared amongst the working group and our wider CAMHS team.
