Patients complete daily reported outcomes (PROS) on a webapp, which are then recorded on a clinical portal. Patients have access to instant messaging and a portal of information.
This system was originally developed and researched by GGC and Storm ID (Lenus) and is funded by The Scottish Government. I was tasked to integrate the webapp into business as usual for patients in MCRT and to evaluate its use within this patient cohort. A QI approach is being used for evaluation.
My leadership journey thoughout this project has been about understanding the digital landscape, innovating and driving change in a clinical team, gaining more knowledge about QI processes and increasing my network of digital colleagues.
