Document

This project aims to explore the accessibility and value of digital resources used within children’s occupational therapy, many of which have been created and/or ‘accelerated’ in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, and examine if the use of these resources is effective in making our service and information being shared with families and young people, more accessible. The use of service user feedback has allowed me to start exploring the impact of the use of digital solutions on the child/family experience and outcomes, to help us learn and shape our service, enabling us to respond directly to our service users’ needs.
