With the increase in ehealth systems within NHSGGC, I decided to look at the process for student nurses and midwifes getting access to these systems. With students coming from multiple Universities, I felt it was important to streamline the process so all parties were clear of what was expected of them.
During my project it became apparent that a lot of students were not following the steps required to keep their accounts active. Therefore, the focus was to not only look at the process between our IT and the universities, but with the students, to ensure their accounts remain active.
