Kirstin Purdie is an experienced executive and senior manager with over 20 years’ experience within sectors such as leisure, culture, sport, and further education. Her passion for health and fitness has been lifelong and she has a keen interest in menopausal health and wellbeing. She currently runs her own holistic living and wellness business, “Kindred”, based in West Lothian.
