The Community Hpsitals discussion paper is the outcome of a joint piece of work sponsored by the Scottish Government’s Unscheduled Care Programme and ‘Home First’ Teams, engaging with experts from across the whole system, to find out what works well and prevents delay in inpatient journeys in order to reduce overall length of stay.
