UGI cancer patients benefit from rapid access to nutritional support advice at the time of diagnosis to optimise their nutritional status whilst treatment is considered. A video education resource to introduce prehabilitation and provide initial dietetic advice has been produced. It has been made using “Invideo” software and includes practical demonstrations from the dietitian, to allow more efficient use of the CNS resource and the limited Dietetic resource available. I continue to work with the CNS with the aim to share the video QR code and paper resources as a new patient pack to ensure advice is accessible to all.
