Through participating in the DLP cohort, I feel I have made progress towards the following- We have made strides to understand and problem solve connectivity issues in Teams as well as understanding how to approach boards about the issue. I now have a clear plan to deliver a small replicable model for administrators through Microsoft 365 which will be achieve a ‘lean’ project design across health board areas. The DLP was timely for our project development and also provided opportunities for networking and advancement in national delivery by collaborating with another attendee to deliver a national ECHO on behalf of the NES/HIS Joint Commission for Openness and Learning which focussed on involving patients and families in Adverse Events.
