As part of my digital leadership journey, I have been developing the use of
animations for online learning modules for the care experience improvement
model. My original plan was to focus on digital solutions to enhance the work
of the joint commission for openness and learning in NHS Scotland, allowing
the reporting, sharing and learning from patient safety events. Due to project
constraints, it has not been possible to complete and so the focus during my
leadership journey changed. My project evolved as work demands changed. I
was asked to lead the development of a new online model focused on the care
experience improvement model with colleagues within the i-hub
