Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action’s #DigiDundee has set up a number of digital community hubs in the areas of Tayside that have the most significant socio-economic challenges.
Initially, a digital health hub was set up to help members of the public with any video consultations with clinicians. But after working with community centres and the local council we extended the service to fundamental digital access and literacy support as well as support with healthcare information and services online.
As digital health and social are digital resources increase, we aim to support members of the public understand these developments.
