My DLP project involved an ambitious new suite of brief, transdiagnostic videos to be hosted on the existing website Lanarkshire Mind Matters. Each video is to consist of a member of NHS Lanarkshire Psychological Services (NHSL PS) staff outlining a specific skill that viewers can immediately employ, e.g. relaxation, breathing, etc. During the course of the DLP, multiple factors have militated against its completion and, with hindsight, it was an overly ambitious plan. However, the project – now called A Moment For Your Mind – remains viable, and ongoing progress is being made, in collaboration with other NHSL PS staff.
