To reduce the Over 100% delayed Outpatients Follow Up Waiting List position in Swansea Bay University Health Board’s (SBUHB) Gastroenterology service by 15% by March 2020 from an April 2019 baseline – this was a Welsh Government given target for Outpatient Services.
