How do I report a missing product or batch number?

Where a nationally procured product or batch number is missing then a request with supporting photographic evidence of the product, batch number and expiry date are to be sent to contact.digital@nes.scot.nhs.uk. The support team will then facilitate adding the product or batch to Turas Vaccination Management. The exception to this is where the Health Board has privately sourced vaccine products, in this scenario national pharmacy approval will be required.

Note:  Outside working hours or at weekends there may be a delay in actioning such requests.
