Derek Feeley, Chair of the Independent Review of Adult Social Care in Scotland will share his recommendations from this review. He will be interviewed by Pennie Taylor, Health Journalist. Derek was supported by an Advisory Panel of Scottish and International experts to engage, analyse and report to Scottish Government by January 2021. The Review encompasses the consideration of funding, delivery, governance and regulation, and how continuous improvement can be assured- adopting a human rights based approach.
