Reviewer comments: This is an example of a positive outcome from an event. Changing a practice management system is a daunting task. This report describes the forward planning that took place before the practice changeover. The impact has been well thought through, human factors have been used to good effect, the important lesson is to keep everyone in the group communicating and sharing information which definitely helped the team.
