Values based reflective practice aims to support health and social care staff to recognise and value their own personal and professional value. Unlike other models of reflection, values based reflective practice focuses on what motivates people to do what they do and to come to work every day.
Values based reflective practice can be used in one to one or group meetings as a way of exploring the meaning behind practices and has been shown to have many benefits that include reduced absenteeism, a happier workforce, better communication and improved patient/ client outcomes.
However, please note that only those who have successfully undergone VBRP® Train the Trainer courses, and are NES recognised trainers, can deliver VBRP® training.
