ICU Staff Movement - Finding a Safer Way to Practice in the Wards using Improvement Methodology

By March 2020 > 90% of critical care nurses that are moved to the general wards of University Crosshouse Hospital to fill staffing gaps will report a good ward experience upon return to intensive care. (A good experience will be defined as a safe and respectful experience)
