Facilitating learning pillar
The learning activities in this unit are designed for self-study, reflection and taught sessions. There are three sections and a supporting workbook to record your learning in.
You will be introduced to key principles and concepts of learning, identify opportunities to learn at work and understand how you can support others to learn.
Over three sections, we will introduce you to the knowledge and skills you need to:
- Think about your own learning
- Help others to learn
- Make learning at work safe, supportive and inclusive
We have produced a guidance document with top tips to help you get started and navigate round the learning units.
