Raising Concerns
The National Whistleblowing Standards are applicable across all NHS services. They should be accessible to anyone working (whether directly or indirectly) to deliver an NHS service.
Training courses in National Whistleblowing Standards are available on Turas Learn for all staff who work on behalf of the NHS in Scotland, including members of the dental team.

Raising Concerns
All at NES actively wish to create an open and supportive environment where concerns can be raised and managed appropriately.
We endeavour to:
•ensure that systems are in place through which you can confidently raise concerns
•ensure that concerns raised are taken seriously
•maintain confidentiality if and where appropriate
•investigate properly and make an objective assessment of the concern
•keep you advised of progress
•ensure that action to resolve a concern is taken and monitored
•encourage you to follow your local authority safeguarding policy and that of the organisation.
