The purpose of this document is to assist in increasing the efficiency of the administrative process to ensure that VDP/VDTs receive appropriate and accurate feedback in relation to their demonstration of competencies. By following the steps in this document, it will help administrators to know if ‘Need Improvement’ LEPs have been addressed and ensure it is done in a consistent way.
