Technology Enabled Care is the use of technology to support people to live longer, healthier lives at home, or in a community setting like a care home, or supported accommodation. These 7 short scenarios show some of the equipment most commonly used. They belong to one of four categories - telecare, environmental controls, home and mobile health monitoring and remote consultation.
