In this webinar, we take a closer look at some of the issues that were raised in the previous webinar on Staff engagement in the face of change when we explored inequality and bias, and what they might mean for a manager who is seeking to lead a team.  We discuss approaches to building inclusive workplaces and teams, with a focus on inclusive culture, communication and relationships in the workplace.

Session presented by Kristi Long, Angela Matthews and Calum Irving.
