The aim is to make it easier for you to support behaviour change in your patients/clients. It provides a guide to structure your behaviour change conversations (the MAP model) and evidence-based behaviour change techniques (BCTs) which help people make the change.

Full MAP Learning Programmes

The MAP of Health Behaviour Change Learning Programmes consists of the foundation eLearning Module, a skills-based workshop, and coaching sessions.

  • Core MAP Learning Programme -  open to all health and care practitioners from all professional groups.
  • Healthy Beginnings: MAP Learning Programme - specially tailored for practitioners working in Early Years Services with a focus on child healthy weight.
