Northern Peripheries Project (NPP) Recruit and Retain Case study from the NPP recruit and retain stornoway conference in 11 October 2011 . The project partners bring together their remote and rural expertise to design and deliver the education and professional support solutions required to improve recruitment and retention of health and public sector staff in remote areas and to develop transferable education solutions from the outcomes of the project. The partners are also responsible for developing a strategic plan for the overall project outcomes and developing transferable products for public sector.
