What are we Trying to Accomplish? Scottish Dental Care Professionals (DCPs) saw an opportunity to obtain a higher quality Medical History, and use this to inform decision making when planning treatment – thus reducing avoidable harm. The project focuses on patients with a high risk Medical History. The project aims to achieve 95% reliability in 4 dental practices by December 2016 across a ‘bundle’ of process measures.
