This paper by Nick Petrie, a Senior Faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership’s, Colorado Springs, Colorado campus, is divided into two sections. The first section focuses on the current environment and the challenge of developing leaders in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. The second section looks at four leadership development trends and the emerging practices that could form the basis of future leadership development programs.
