These materials are best used in a group setting with a facilitator. There are 5 case studies covering different scenarios that a Confidential Contact may experience. 

Each case study consists of the following four documents which facilitators should familiarise themselves with prior to the session:

1. Start of session handout (a mock up letter, email or voicemail)
2. Facilitator's notes
3. Powerpoint presentation
4. Post session handout (full case study and take away learning points)
