As the PDSA cycle is worked through, the first few cycles are concerned with testing new ideas, amending them if necessary and further testing. 

It is imperative to involve all the relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing any changes, as this ensures the appropriate sign-up and helps to make any new ways of working sustainable.
