Access to the Handbook, which provides more detailed guidance for all sessions, will be provided once your booking is confirmed and can be found in the Documents tab.

Please also check the Session Details document under the Documents tab for the name of your facilitator, and add their details to your logbook prior to your attendance.

Enter main entrance-automatic double doors, (a disabled toilet is on the left as you enter main corridor area.) Walk up entrance ramp to main corridor and follow signs to Dental turning left along the main corridor. The dental unit is a short walk along this main corridor on the ground floor, on the left side-it is a double set of doors. This is the meeting point for your sessions. The access to this area is restricted so the facilitator will meet you here promptly at 9am for morning sessions and 1.15pm for afternoon sessions

NES Optometry reserve the right to cancel any sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. We advise that if you book travel or accommodation, you do so with the ability to cancel for full reimbursement as NES cannot be held liable for any loss of expenses. We will endeavour to give as much notice of cancellation as possible, and all such communication will be done through email.

Prerequisites:
I agree to the following terms and conditions: If you cancel with less than 72h notice or do not attend a session you may be charged up to £150 for the session. All absences will be recorded and may affect your future ability to book. I confirm I understand I must submit each IP Logbook session within 4 weeks of attendance otherwise the session will not count towards my placement.
