AHP Careers Fellowship Scheme : Evaluation upon completion (Cohort Six, 2024 - 2025)

The Allied Health Professions (AHP) Careers Fellowship Scheme supported the learning and development of its sixth cohort of Fellows between June 2024 and March 2025. Each year we evaluate the experience and impact of the Fellowship on participants and their practice settings. This evaluation report informs continuous improvement and supports educational governance requirements. The Cohort Six report highlights how the Fellowship influenced professional development, leadership growth, and early impact in the practice setting.
