Let’s Introduce Anxiety Management (LIAM) & Let’s Introduce Learning About (LILA)… Differences, Strengths & Sensory Experiences
LIAM is a training & coaching package to allow staff in schools to deliver a nine-session CBT-informed intervention for mild-moderate anxiety symptoms in children and young people.
LILA is a training & coaching package to allow staff in schools to deliver a three-session intervention to neurodivergent children and young people, to help them to understand themselves and get the supports they need. No diagnosis is needed for a child to access LILA.

This TURAS page is for staff who have been trained & coached to deliver LIAM and LILA. It links to all the resources needed to deliver the sessions. You will need to set up a TURAS account to access all these resources. You can do that here: Home | Turas | Learn and any email address will do; you do not need to work in the NHS to access these resources.
If you are LIAM trained, and your trainer has approved you, please access the LIAM delivery resources at LIAM practitioners | Turas | Learn
Please note, you need to be experienced in the delivery of LIAM to train to deliver LILA.
If you are LILA trained, and your trainer has approved you, please access the LILA delivery resources at LILA practitioners | Turas | Learn
