Please also check the Session Details document under the Documents tab for the name of your facilitator, and add their details to your logbook prior to your attendance.
NES Optometry reserve the right to cancel any sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. We advise that if you book travel or accommodation, you do so with the ability to cancel for full reimbursement as NES cannot be held liable for any loss of expenses. We will endeavour to give as much notice of cancellation as possible, and all such communication will be done through email.

If you cancel with less than 72h notice or do not attend a session you may be charged up to £150 for the session. All absences will be recorded and may affect your future ability to book.
I confirm I understand I must submit each IP Logbook session within 4 weeks of attendance otherwise the session will not count towards my placement.
