- Introduce the concept of leadership capabilities and how these may be considered in the context of undertaking a QI project.
- Use the Kahler driver questionnaire as a basis to develop awareness of our own and other team members leadership behaviours.
- Build confidence in demonstrating both leadership and QI skills with some practical examples exploring where there may be
overlap between the two.
- Explore some of the traits associated with teams that function well and those that function less well.
