November 2024 marks 10 years since the first cohort of the Scottish Improvement Leaders programmes commenced in Scotland. Since then the ScIL community has grown to over 1200 improvement leaders from across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, England and Canada.
A celebration event was held on Tuesday 5th of November 2024 to mark the 10 years of ScIL. The event provided an opportunity to connect with current and past ScIL participants and hear about the impact that programme has had. Please see the individual impact story videos below.
