In this Digital Champions Co-ordinators Connect & Learn session, colleagues from the Scottish Ambulance Service shared how their Digital network has evolved, the impact it is having across the workforce, and the lessons learned from developing and sustaining a network within a complex service environment.

The discussion will look at how their network support day-to-day operations, enable colleagues across services, and contribute to wider digital transformation and workforce development. The session will also highlight practical approaches, challenges, and key considerations for organisations looking to establish or strengthen their own Digital networks.

In this Digital Champions Co-ordinators Connect & Learn session, we heard from Digital Champion Co-ordinators and Digital Champions from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

They share how their Digital Champion Network is structured, what Digital Champions do in practice (not just on paper), the impact they’ve had across services and teams and practical advice for starting or strengthening your own network.

Digital Champions from Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) share their experiences of supporting colleagues and building a thriving Digital Champions community. 

They share how their network was first established, how it runs from a practical point of view, what support their Champions offer and what they get out of being a Digital Champion. 

Digital Champion Networks can be extremely effective in growing digital confidence and capabilities across your organisation. In this recorded webinar, you'll discover more about the role of a digital champion and how a network can collaborate to reduce exclusion, increase participation and embed a digital culture.
