The Women, Children, Young People and Families (WYCPF) team at NHS Education for Scotland (NES) were delighted to host a webinar focussing on Child Poverty in Scotland and the associated health impact and health inequalities.

This webinar aimed to: 

  • Describe what child poverty is and who is affected.
  • Identify the key determinants of health that can be associated with child poverty.
  • Describe the key policies that are implemented to support child poverty.
  • Identify the resources available to support learning and development of child poverty and associated health inequalities.
