This non-technical session offers a clear, accessible introduction to artificial intelligence in health and care. AI is a widely used term, but it often means different things to different people. This session breaks down what AI really is, explores the range of technologies it covers, and considers where it can—and can’t—add value in our work.

This non-technical session introduces Power BI - Microsoft’s tool for creating interactive dashboards that help you understand and manage your service. We’ll cover what it is, how it works, and how it could support your work in health and care.
This first in a series will focus on our speakers sharing their experiences and personal reflections of how new technologies will impact on the health and social care sector. Participants are invited to send questions in advance on their experiences of the application of new technologies. We will also be promoting resources and support available to increase your understanding of types of AI and application.
